The four stages of your book giveaway campaign
1. Creating your book giveaway
In collaboration with you we will put together a list of books by well known authors to list as a prize in the giveaway. There will be one prize, consisting of between 5 and 15 books. These authors will have a close crossover with your potential readership.
We will advise you on a suitable time frame for the giveaway to run.
We will set up the giveaway on our Book Giveaways platform. This includes designing images for the giveaway which are optimized for sharing on Facebook and Twitter.
If required, we will advise you on how to set up your email marketing list and connect your giveaway to it.
2. Promoting your book giveaway
We will send the giveaway out to the email subscribers on our giveaway platform. We will also promote the giveaway on our Social Media accounts.
We will then set up a targeted advertising campaign on Facebook to promote the giveaway and install Facebook tracking code on the giveaway so that we can measure the cost per conversion.
The campaign will include $50 of Facebook advertising. At the halfway point of the campaign we will report back on the results and you will have the option to increase the amount spent on advertising your campaign.
We will manage the Facebook advertising for the duration of your campaign to optimize the cost per conversion.
3. Engaging your new subscribers
We will work with you to develop a strategy for following up with your new email subscribers.
4. Finishing The Giveaway
Once the Giveaway is over we will draw the winner randomly and send out the prize to them. Depending on the setup your new subscribers will have been automatically imported to your email list or we will provide you with a csv file for import.
The price includes the initial setup, design of the giveaway page, promotion to our internal email list and social media accounts, Facebook campaign setup, conversion tracking setup, Facebook campaign management for the duration of the campaign, purchasing and sending the prize and and ongoing support.
